Leasing

Cambridge Properties’ leasing team leases shop space and junior anchors, and sale/ground lease out-parcels for both owned properties an third party properties. Cambridge builds positive, long-term relationships with tenants and provides them access to a market trade area appropriate for their individual business. Leasing responsibilities include:

• Prepare and maintain first class Marketing Material using web site, e-mail of Brochures and Hard Copy
• Negotiate and Complete Letters of Intent
• Prepare Lease Agreement
• Negotiate and Complete formal Lease Agreement.
• Marketing of Available space directly to Tenants and Brokers
• Present Leasing Opportunities to Prospective Tenants
• Maintain current Lease Plans using in-house CAD capabilities
• Provide Monthly Leasing Activity Reports
• Monitor Tenant up-fit planning, construction of Build-out and move-in.
