Jay Priester is Manager of Land Acquisitions and Leasing for Cambridge Properties, Inc. As Manager of Land Acquisitions, Jay’s role is to identify ground-up retail, residential and multi-use development sites and execute negotiations on all purchase agreements. Jay works diligently to assist with due diligence and the pre-development process through land closing. As Manager of Leasing, Jay is also responsible for retail shop leasing and out-parcel sales for each property within Cambridge’s management portfolio.
